... there was no stay at all! We had first booked through Booking, we were informed in a direct email from the hotel that bookings through portals would not allow a "delayed" arrival. This would only be possible with direct booking. We then canceled the portal and booked directly. At least we thought ... Despite the confirmation, no room was reserved for us. It's a shame that you don't get new guests like that. The situation is also of no use if treated like that.

Spent a wonderful vacation in the hotel. The stand and everything around it are clean and well-kept even at this time of the year. We would love to come back. From Basedow Greetings to Uschi and Robert

We used to go there every now and then and ate quite well. Today we were there at 6 p.m. and were sent away again, although 2/3 of the seats were free - but they were kept free for house guests. We tried to make reservations two days earlier. It wasn't possible. They said: “Come around 6 p.m., then something will be possible.” Unfortunately, this turned out to be a fallacy - and we came specially from Kühlungsborn. So it's not worth driving there from outside.

A lot has changed thanks to Corona. To the chagrin of the restaurants. But it still tastes good. Poor employees. They have to suffer under the circumstances

Can only rate the restaurant - but it is worth the 5 stars. Delicious, freshly prepared food and very friendly, open staff. A nice meal is guaranteed there.

We were there an hour before the kitchen closed and were received very friendly despite the Corona circumstances. The service Ms. Speck was awesome, super funny and friendly. It completely rounded off our short stay. The food was great. Seldom eaten so well, the price-performance ratio was great. Gladly again.

We ate here twice and I have to say that is really delicious here. Now at Corone time the menu is a bit thinned out because they are only open until 8 p.m. The only disadvantage is that too few places are covered with umbrellas. That makes you sweat. But otherwise great and very nice staff.

Before the trip started we were called home and we were told a number of things such as how to deal with Corona, how to get there, a parking lot etc. which we thought was great. The location of the hotel couldn't be nicer right on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Our small room which we only used for sleeping was always clean and we slept well in the beds. I would still have a wish, but a small refrigerator would be a fine thing. The restaurant closes at 8 p.m. Who goes to bed with the sandman on vacation. A chilled drink after 8 p.m. is really not the worst. There is actually not much to say about breakfast and dinner. We were very satisfied The staff was always friendly and quick. Thank you for the nice days and we would be happy to recommend the hotel.

Is-not-is-my stay! Very friendly, hardworking staff! Breakfast well resolved at these strange C times, a stone's throw to the beach. Always happy to come here to find peace and relaxation. Where do you have the view of the Baltic Sea for breakfast?

Great service, accommodation was good too. Breakfast offer was something for everyone. I also thought it was okay for the service to give us breakfast. In the current situation everything would be done correctly by the hotel. We were here for the second time.

A nice little hotel, which is really very clean and has friendly staff. The rooms are small, but really totally clean and adequate. The furniture is rather old, but that doesn't matter. Sky and WiFi are included for free. There is sufficient parking space directly in front of our entrance to the rooms so that you can really carry your luggage from the parking lot to the room. A parking space costs 5 euros per night. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - it is right on the beach at Ostseebad Nienhagen and you walk down the stairs for a minute and you can already feel the sand. There is also the sound of the sea when the window is open. Right next to it is the ghost forest, which makes the whole thing wonderfully close to nature. I only have to deduct a point for the price of breakfast included. 12 euros per person per night are really expensive.

Our annual vacation in this hotel was great as always. We feel very comfortable due to the hospitality. Despite the difficult corona time, everything went great. Thank you very much and see you next year.

Great view, great near the beach. Rooms simple, small, clean, but disproportionately expensive, without breakfast. Breakfast buffet of the simple kind and the price an insolence. No nice extras in the room that delight the heart of a guest, such as a free water bottle or facial tissue in the bathroom or a piece of chocolate / biscuit on the pillow. Then the guest is not too upset about the price! Similar hotels nearby are more generous! The food is good, tidy, simple, the service is swift and business-friendly. There is also no normal way for house guests to collect the consumption bills and pay them on departure. Pity! It was certainly not the last trip to this beautiful area, but it was the last time at the Nienhäger beach hotel

Just the thing on cold days like today. The main course was pork fillet with fresh mushrooms and fried potatoes. And on the other hand, saithe under a herb crust. Plus rice with spinach. Everything was served as requested. It also went quickly, but in the conversation it was said that it was different in summer ... now nothing is going on ... Price and performance are mood, staff nice and polite. The restaurant and the sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. You are welcome to go back here. Good, traditional cuisine with a slope towards the sea.
